My ultimate career goal is to become a professor in the future. I see each student I tutor as a step towards this goal! In the past I’ve done volunteer tutoring for 2 years. I put in time before and after our sessions to best support my students. Is there something that didn't go great in a session that I can improve for next time? Let me know, I'm open to learning too!
Classes Offered
Full SAT Math Boot Camp
My lessons cover math for the SAT. In addition to the content covered on the test I also go over test taking tips and strategies that will work for each individual. I also recommend resources for individual practice outside of lessons and how to proficiently use Desmos to your advantage during the test.
SAT Reading Boot Camp
My lessons focus exclusively on SAT Reading. I help students build the skills the test actually measures comprehension, evidence use, vocabulary in context, and rapid reasoning under time pressure. Alongside content instruction, I teach individualized test‑taking strategies, show students how to break down each question type efficiently.
